Our team finished confidently in VTB United League by defeating Lokomotiv-Kuban at home for the second time in a month.

CSKA vs. Lokomotiv Kuban: 88-73 (+15)

Jonas Kazlauskas, CSKA head coach:
Basically I am glad how we played in this tournament with exception of several games, especially the one we played against Nymburk at Pardubice. Still we took first place with several games left and got a chance for experiments. Tonight’s game was the reflection of all the season. We let the opponents score 20 points in first 15 minutes and 18 more points in next 5 minutes. After the break our starters played well again, we went up by 28 and reserves let themselves relax after that. I think the ones who don’t play much should think more about respect towards themselves and the opponents. Still I am happy with the way we played. We let our leaders to fell the game but we did not have them on the floor for too long.
